Placing Orders

If you already have an account with Starline Group Ltd, placing an order with us is easy. All you have to do is log in and shop and your goods will be on their way to you. Here are the steps you need to follow to place an order.

  1. Proceed to Checkout
  2. Enter Your Shipping & Billing Addresses (Guests only)
  3. Provide Payment Information (Guest Only)
  4. Purchase & Submit Your Order
  5. Check Your Order Status

1. Sign In/Create a New Account

Sign in with your email address and password. You’ll need to update your account details with your shipping address and other key information when you choose to purchase an item. These details will be retained under your account and can be updated at any time.

2. Find the Items You Want

All items are arranged by departments, then categories and sub-categories. Keyword search boxes are located on nearly every page. You can search by SKU number, item code or key words. When you find an item that interests you, click the name of the item to see its product detail page. Here you will find more information about the item, including pricing.

3. Add the Item to Your Shopping Cart

If you want to order an item from, click the "Add to Cart" button on the item's product detail page or mini product view page. Once you've added an item to your Shopping Cart, keep searching or browsing until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the Shopping Cart symbol at the top right of every page of the website.

4. Proceed to Checkout

Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item right away, click the "Save to Wish List" button next to the title. The item will move from your current Shopping Cart to your personal "Wish List". When you're ready to place an order for everything in your "Shopping Cart", click the "Proceed to Checkout" button. You will be taken to the first page of the Checkout process.

5. Enter Your Shipping & Billing Addresses

Tell us where you would like to ship your order. Please provide a physical address. We often require a signature on delivery and cannot deliver to a PO Box address. WE CAN ONLY SHIP TO A NEW ZEALAND ADDRESS. Shipping to islands other than the South Island and North Island may incur additional shipping charges. Note that if there is more than one item in your order, these items may be shipped separately from different Suppliers and incur separate shipping charges. Your Billing Address should be entered as it appears on your credit card statement. If your Billing Address is different from the Shipping Address then enter those details.

6. Provide Payment Information

Review your address and order summary and make any appropriate changes. Then let us know how you would like to pay for your order. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club and American Express. All orders must be prepaid. When paying with a credit card, enter the card number without spaces or dashes. For your safety and security, our card processing server requires that you enter your card verification (CVV) number. The verification number is a 3-digit or 4-digit number printed on the back of your card. Our checkout pages are securely served and encrypted using SSL. Credit Cards are verified in real time using New Zealand’s leading payment gateway provider, DPS.

7. Purchase & Submit Your Order

Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary adjustments. When you are ready, click the "Purchase" button to submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation email message. We may send you another email message at the time of shipment. Now that we have all your information it will be even easier to order a reward next time.

8. Check Your Order Status

If you would like to review or change something about the order you placed before it enters the shipping process, click the Your Account link in the top right corner of most pages on our site. Here you will be able to change the particulars of your order without having to contact us.
